Fun Fitness Challenges
Summer is quickly approaching! You can do or try anything for a month, right? There are a few fun fitness challenges coming up in June and I thought I would share some of my favorite Fun Fitness Challenges and fitness challenge ideas with you, and maybe you can join one, or make one of your own.
These Fun Fitness Challenges are fun to do, and if you notice one that is a good fit for you, don’t be afraid to join in or create a Fun Fitness Challenge of your own.

How Do You Commit To A Fun Fitness Challenge?
- Find a fitness buddy Doing a Fun Fitness Challenge with someone, even if you just check in with each other over text, is very helpful in staying accountable. It can be a fun way to stay in touch with a friend who lives in another town or state! I personally check in with my friends via snap chat by sending them sweaty selfies!
- Remind yourself Set a reminder on your phone and write it on your calendar and commit some time each day to get your challenge done.
- Take pictures You might not think you need to take pictures, but taking pictures before the challenge and progress pictures after the challenge will show you just how far you have come. You can also write down your measurements, don’t let your victories be only scale related. Non-scale victories are just as important.
These Fun Fitness Challenges are a great way for working out at home, or the gym, if your gym has opened back up yet. These are great if you’re looking for weight loss, muscle building, or just getting back into the habit or starting a new habit of a regular workout routine, these will help you to get moving each day.
