I am 33 years old and I was born and raised in the great state of Oklahoma!  I am married to the love of my life, Karel Walle, and we recently moved to the Lone Star State, Texas!  We have 3 beautiful children Arille, we call her A.J. (14), Kennley (4), and Lennox (3), and family is simply everything to us! 

I created this space so I could share my passions with the world. I'm passionate about helping you create the life you want, but I'm more passionate about helping you increase your confidence and living a healthier and better life!
